The website also has help on questions to ask lawyers, sources of free legal advice, among other helpful topics for those seeking legal help.
The report focuses on the measures the SRA has taken to improve the user journey given the high amount of traffic they’re expecting over the next 5-10 years. This has seen the range of topics of information expanded to better cater to the needs of users and increase stickiness.
